Hi, I'm Rima Kasnauskytė, entrepreneur, innovation enthusiast and EUIPO trainee.
Adaptive Female Intelligence emerged from a simple observation: many women develop extraordinary capabilities through complex life experiences, yet those strengths often remain invisible in traditional professional narratives.
My own journey has included entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems, international experience, research interests and multiple professional reinventions.
This initiative explores how confidence, adaptability and human-centered innovation can help women create new opportunities for growth and contribution.

GetBoarded is an Organizational Design & Development platform that helps organizations understand where talent creates value, how people grow through experience, and how learning can be connected to meaningful career development.
Through conversations with founders, professionals, HR leaders, and innovation ecosystems, I became increasingly interested in a broader question: How do people develop valuable capabilities throughout their lives, and why do some of those capabilities remain invisible in traditional career narratives? The concepts explored by GetBoarded around talent, potential, career trajectories, organizational value, and human development inspired me to explore these questions from a different perspective. Adaptive Female Intelligence emerged as an independent exploration focused on the adaptive capabilities women develop through complex life experiences, professional transitions, entrepreneurship, and reinvention.
